Air bubbles are unavoidable in the production of PUR and are therefore considered a natural part of the expression of the product. The air bubbles will primarily be on the underside, appearing as small dark spots (most visible on light-colored fabrics), which however have no effect on the functionality or resistance of the product.

Cleaning: Clean the surface with a damp cloth, use water and plain soap. Do not use alcohol-based cleaners / disinfectants, e.g. alcohol-based household cleaners, hand sanitizers, and disinfectant wipes / cleaning cloths.

NOTE: Placing in direct sunlight may fade or change color. A strong odor may arise after removing the packaging. It is not harmful or toxic and will fade over time after cleaning and airing.

We ship via the renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DPD, DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and punctual shipping of packages. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

Standard shipping time is 1-2 business days.

We also send orders cash on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason from the purchase contract.

We try to refund the amount immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
