We extended the ends of the pillow - just tie them and we have a chair. You can also tie it around your waist and you will see how comfortable a nursing pillow can be. When you're done feeding, the nursing pillow can be used as a tummy time aid or as a padded support to help little ones learn to sit up unsupported.

Please note that with use, after a period of time, the filling in the nursing pillow will naturally compress, so that it will need to be re-inflated at some point. Do not leave your baby unattended with a feeding pillow. Do not pull the leaves/cloths while tying
