A book for children 5+
In a very old forest there is a tree that is larger than any other tree. In its branches lives Franciszek, a calm and careful squirrel. One day he discovers a strange green ball with spikes in front of his house. The squirrel's life changes a lot when a white, furry creature jumps out of the ball and screams "Mama!" At him. Confused, Franciszek invites him to his home and promises to find the toddler's mother. The search in the forest continues, and meanwhile, the little fur is getting bigger every day and it brings a lot of confusion into the squirrel's life. A funny, warm story about mutual respect, mindfulness and life surprises.
This is our next book by the Canadian author Marianne Dubuc, translated by Justyna Bednarek, a well-known author of books for children.
