Illustrated inventory of flowers

The illustrated inventory of flowers contains descriptions and images of 65 species of flowering wild and farmed plants.

Emmanuelle Tchoukriel, an illustrator specializing in drawing science, portrayed flowers with precision and artistry worthy of naturalists of the past centuries. She made the black contours of the drawings with a rapidograph and Chinese ink. For coloring, she used watercolors, which when applied with varying intensity, perfectly reflect the richness of shades and textures found in nature.

Each figure is provided with a Polish and Latin name, information about the flowering period, the area of occurrence, as well as a description of the appearance of the plant and flower, and various interesting facts.
